THE JOSEPH
The Joseph project, located in the heart of Lévis, embodies a modern vision of rental living, combining elegance and comfort. This complex is part of the larger UMANO project, which aims to transform the urban landscape of Lévis by integrating over 3,900 housing units and 950,000 square feet of commercial spaces, enriched with parks and green spaces.
Fabelta contributed to The Joseph by manufacturing and installing our Allure series windows for the locative units, as well as our Pure door for the balconies. For the common areas, including the pool, entrance hall, and library, they feature our Pure series, bringing a touch of modernity and brightness to this distinctive living space.

CASTELNAU CONDOS
Built between 1916 and 1921, this building has been transformed over the years according to the many vocations it has carried. Today, this historic building on St-Laurent Street offers luxurious housing. While offering a product with simplified use and high performance, our Pure Heritage series has been incorporated while meeting with the architectural requirements of this project.

Located in Pointe-St-Charles, this project offers 12 apartments in a developing area. The historic facade retains its charm while seamlessly integrating with the contemporary additions. The building features our Pure series, including fixed windows, tilt-and-turn windows, and aluminum doors, as well as patio doors.

Located in downtown Montreal, Dave Gagné from the DACA group welcomes us in these luxurious rental apartments inspired by urban art and Montreal avant-garde lifestyle.

This mixed-use building located a few steps from Plaza St-Hubert was designed by Architecture Vivante and hosts 8 apartments, including the firm’s offices. The Off Plaza project was designed with an environmental conscience, making optimal use of high-quality resources, including the fenestration from our puRE series.
