The mandate of the advisor is to develop our market share in Ottawa. As part of his duties, the following are the various mandates that will be entrusted to him :
- Develop a clientele of contractors, architects and construction professionals in order to grow our market share of high-end custom aluminum fenestration
- Advise customers according to their needs, our products and current construction standards
- Supporting customers from the beginning to the end of their project
- Follow up with customers
- Sell our profits, unique products, installation and service
- Collaborate closely with the other stakeholders in the file, if applicable (architect, designer, contractor)
- Be the communication link for these projects between all Fabelta’s internal departments (after-sales service, project manager, accounting, logistics, etc.) and the customer
- Track deposits and payments of balances in each of their files
- Stay informed and collaborate in the after-sales services of their files
- Visit its current construction sites
- Actively contribute to the feedback of market and competition information
- Offer a distinctive shopping experience in order to have a recurring clientele that refers you
- Be involved in dispute management, be proactive in finding solutions with the support of Fabelta’s sales management
Professional and personal qualifications:
- Experience in B to B sales (5 years)
- Experience in business development (2 years)
- Bilingualism
- Computer fluency
- Demonstrate rigor, structure and organization
- Ease of learning and autonomy
- Ability to travel at least once a month to the Terrebonne head office
